Construction Quality Control Supervisor
Min. Experience Required: 5 Years

Role Summary:
- Ensure compliance with Mona Construction's Safety Policies and procedures.
- Report daily to the Superintendent and chair exterior morning meetings as required.
- Schedule and coordinate exterior trades using various tools including MS Project, Excel, Procore, Smartsheet, and whiteboards.
- Utilize Procore for site coordination and upload "Site Flow" schedules.
- Provide direction to exterior labor via task sheets and oversee their work quality.
- Identify and record deficiencies using Fieldwire.
- Work hours typically from 6:00 or 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for two Saturdays per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage trade deficiency lists.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and enforce standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of exterior materials and construction principles.
- Conduct inspections and sign off on completed work.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate with trades for timely completion.

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with siding repair, painting, and membranes.
- Clean and tidy appearance, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to communicate and work professionally with trades.
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Leadership qualities and commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Basic understanding of construction math.
- Required tickets: Valid driver's license, Fall Protection, Manlift, Level 1 First Aid, Forklift; Bobcat certification is an asset.
